I read that soy milk helps hot flashes because soy is similar to estrogen . I bought vitamin E and made sure it had soybean oil and it worked! The past couple days are like my life pre hot flashes!!! My hot flashes are new and very uncomfortable! It's like when your sugar levels run low and you get clammy! well the vitamin E with soybean oil works, I think that is key, some vitamin E do not have soy.

Re taking Vitamin E and problem with skin...
Never heard of such an effect...check your label and make sure you're not taking synthetic E... Synthetic is "dl-alpha tocopherol" and natural is "d-alpha tocopherol"... the "l"is missing in the natural.
If you're taking synthetic you should stop and replace with natural. If you've been on synthetic that might account for something weird happening to skin.
Another possibility is that you have a bad brand or one that has gone rancid. Consider changing brands.

High Vitamin E is known to deplete Vitamin K. Vitamin K deficiency causes bruising. Simple stuff. I've noticed it too.

So for the external warts did you just open up one of the vitamin e pills and apply it to the wart and leave it? if you have a certain procedure or anything negative to report about it I would greatly appreciate it. thanks

I used natural vitamin e on my son who had 32 warts on his right hand. He was a teen-ager at that time and only allowed me to treat him twice. I opened a capsule and applied the oil in his whole hand, then I wrapped it up in gauze. After a week the warts just faded away.There was no redness and no pain. Make sure it is really natural vitamin e.
